Price lock help unhappy

Good afternoon I have two dstv explora Ultra one for R119 and I also have the blackfriday deal with a dstv explora Ultra with premium now id like to get q quote to cancel it or if it's possible to change it form the blackfriday deal to something else lower because I can't afford and I'm not sure if I can disconnect please let me know your customer service is unhelpful
