Price lock ***** (breach of contract)

I don't even thing that 1 star is fair. no start should be more like it. I have a query regarding my price lock package. I signed up for the price lock package of R900. Now ever since i signed up for this the deducted amount is never what I signed up for..It always more as there is all sorts of costs jumping up now. This is breach of contract and i want to cancel this contract. i evern called the call centre for assistance and it would seems the people working cant help either and they are forming part of the ......... price lock department. A query was lodged but those idiots in the price lock department just doesn't get back to you. the worse part about all of this is that there is no direct number to get hold of those........... I regret ever signing up for this ****. What a bunch of .............. in one building.
