Price lock failure
Multi choice is just useless, they need to stop adverising their price lock deals if they can't manage nor adhere to them. Its the 3rd month now that i have been over-charged, and i called in today, i was on the line for 20mins todaywith their clueless advisor, only to be told that she cannot help me, their systems are down and there are no managers to assist. i am still awaiting Phindile to call me.

On behalf of MultiChoice, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that your account was overcharged in September 2019, however, it was reconciled by the Price Lock team.
Kindly be advised that your Price Lock contract started in December 2018 and expired in November 2019. At the moment we’re currently charging you the normal rate hence you were billed R 937.07 for December 2019.
Regards
Ntando
