Price lock ended Dec 17, debit order still going off. Now balance due is R1113.44!!!!!

On 23/12/17 I received an sms that our price lock plan will end in 7 days (31/12) and thereafter normal subscription will apply. Come end Dec, debit order of R926.50 goes off. Don't understand how it adds up... Anyway. Yesterday, another debit order goes off R899.00. I phone today, ref ********** 2/I121. Bongiwe(hope it's right) say error on DSTV's side for not cancelling plan, she's doing it now. But I received the sms in Dec saying contract ends....Anyway. Okay, credit given on account,she can't give me break down of credit given,now balance due end Feb 18 is R214.44. Confirm with her numerous times. Yes she says. I go online to my account and the balance due end Feb 18 is R1113.44. Guess what?!?!?! It consists of the R214.44 PLUS the R899 for the payment plan, which was supposed to be cancelled!!!!! Where is my credit for the amount paid in the beginnig, to see if my account works for the debit order???? And where is my credit for the excess amounts from the debit order which is only supposed to be R874????? Just sort this out. Easy to take money, but not handle our accounts correctly!!!!!!
