Price lock - DSTV explora
I had taken out a contract on Price lock with the Explora including extra view. The main explora comes with installation. I have to pay for the extra view installation. As per the consultant I spoke to the explora was going to be installed on Saturday by a DSTV accredited installer. I am still waiting on the installer to come through. Clearly not good service at all.

06 Feb 2018, 16:57Maybe I just need to cancel the entire contract with DSTV as we are starting out already with problems. This is extremely poor and pathetic service. The worse of its kind. It is not like I am getting it free I am a paying subscriber. Not happy at all.
