Price Lock Drama
I put it a couple of please call me back requests in March to discuss price lock on my account. I was called and sorted out on the premium package no problem. Then, I get a call back regarding my compact package and told that I don't get the March special anymore because it's now April?? I asked for assistance in March, because they only phoned me back I don't get the March prices anymore? 2 consultants have promised to phone me back after speaking to a supervisor and 3 days later I am still waiting.
