PRICE LOCK DOUBLE CHARGE & VERY BAD SERVICE

I've been billed twice for this month for my pricelock subscription, escalation was done on Monday *** till now I have not received any feedback. Been calling ever since spoke to Shanti and Noluthando Mgwaza which are both team leaders and they dismally failed to assist. Consultants have been placing me on hold for almost an hour then they just hang up, I'm so irate and only want cancel this service!!
