PRICE LOCK DOUBLE BILLING

i took out a price lock in august d for r549 and in August i was billed r1184 and september R1152- the amount even vary to highlight inconsistencies. No one at MULTICHOICE can tell be why im being double billed, they all say they will escalate with teh bsb what ever that is, but not even that yields any results. ive called multichioce over 10 times in 1month and every time i get a different story. Pricelock is a vendor of multichoice and as such multichoice needs to have control and management they own vendor without making it a customers problem. there is not even a contact number to contact Price lock -what nonsense is that??? they dont respond to teh emails or sms . Multichoice and Pricelock are basically ******* and ****s ******** customers of their money!!!!
