Price Lock Disaster, Messed Up. DSTV full of it.....

I am signed up for a R499 proce lock, not subscribed to any other thing like Showmax etc. BUT why is R650 deducted from my account, at the beginning of my Contract they were R1200s or R1100s that were taken and I asked for someone to help me to understand what dose prices were to date, i am still in the dark. What is more disgusting is the fact that we cannot even call dis stupid price lock consultant..we send smses which are never responded.

Can someone please helo..I am getting gatvol with this proce lock se gat.
