Price Lock Department - Approved and yet i am still waiting on my installation!!

On the 25th of June, I was approved by DSTV Price Lock. Part of the package was installation of a decoder. The consultant advised that I would be contacted by the installer to arrange for the installation etc. To date I have not received a call, sms, email ... no form of communication and yet my account has been debited on time. When I called the customer care department, their advise is to sms the price lock department and they will come back to me. It took them a week to call me when I initially messaged them to apply for the price lock plan, now I must wait another week for them to call regarding my installation.
