Price lock decoder - a sales lie

They selling lies, price lock decoders that they promise to send an installer with a dish and 25m cable to install. I received the decoder now they say I must get an installer myself, registered local installers refuses to come install as multichoice is not paying them for their services. Im stuck with a decoder that I don't use and they expecting a payment month end
