Price Lock deal

I have been a loyal DSTV customer. However, I have been successful in applying for the R899 price lock deal. The issue is that I have gotten no confirmation that this has been successful and that I can expect delivery in x amount of days. This is the most horrible experience ever. I mean, you guys are part of the company that holds majority of the market share!

I have called in so many times, but no one is able to direct me. My case has been escalated to the price lock department over 5 times!!! and no one has called me back. This is so horrible, really very disppointed with the service provided by Multichoice.
