price lock
Im not happy. I will like to know why do you charge me 2 point installation product as when I took price lock contract I was already having extra view which was operational.
when the installer come they just swapped the decoders. I was also promised that prices are fixed but Im paying different amounts every month.
Im not happy I have been a loyal client for years but this has been unfair

theres no science on what I have said charged for 2 point installation and there was no installation that was done as already was on extra view
also the monthly premium is not fixed and the contract is a price locked
