Price lock contract shambles

I took a contract with dstv last year August for the price lock promotion. On the promotional advert the price was R479. 00, so I decided to also include extra view so the sales agent told me in will only cost me R50 extra which will become R529 per month, to my surprise first payment became so exorbitant, I immediately call them that this not the amount we agreed upon, then it was reduced to R598. 00 including extra view, so lat mint around 10 July, I called them again to cancel extra view, then they told me that my next debit order on the 05 August 2022 will be R623 then on the following month it will be R568 meaning they hv hv reduce it by R30 Rands since I canceled extra view, to my surprise on the 05 September they debited R598 even when they have canceled the extra view. The sales agent for dstv are so ***********, there is good service for customers there, no follow up to see if customer has been helped properly, I mean multichoice is a very big company, to give us this shabby service it's a shame. I am now considering canceling my contract cause I hv been over charged and paying for services which are not been rendered to me.
