Price lock

Subject: Price lock plan Good day

My customer number is ***9 , i ha e a quiry wuth rhe money that im suppose to be paying wich is R499 plus R35 for insurance

Every monnt i keep on getting high and higher amount .last month my subscription was suspended i paid R200 then month end there was no monies taken from my account i then paidR539 via EFT on the 9 of this month... Now im seeing that i must pay R2389 im really stunned cause im asking myself how did come to that amount....

I am really having difficulties with this price lock package, when i signed the contract i was R499 ....and whats puzzling again i never skipped a month ever.
