Price Lock but extra charges? For what?

<p>I have been on live chat with Henry. I did not get my Chat Transcript back at all. I have a problem with my account balance which was at first apparently over R2000. Then, after questioning it, it became less and less until it came down to a R165.99 difference. <br /><br />1. What is this amount for? <br />2. I am on price lock for R949.00p/m . <br />3. Why is nobody able to explain or give me a detailed breakdown of what it is for? <br />4. If pricelock is R949p/m why must I pay more? Isn't this why people opt for the more expensive pricelock option and not having to pay more? <br />5. PLUS...my debit order date was changed on 25/04/2017...why did you try and debit me again on 25/05/2017???</p>
