Price Lock application no call back in 4 days?

<p>on Monday 31 October 2016 i called the MC contact centre requesting a call back for the price lock package, the agent told me i will get a call back in 24 hours, no call back, on Tuesday 1 November 2016 i called them again to re-submit my request no luck, on Wednesday 2 November 2016 called them again and still nothing, now today 3 November 2016 i phoned again and now they are telling me it takes 1 - 3 working days for them to phone back, bull****, with the service i've received the past week i am so disappointed with MC as i have been a customer for over 7 years paying over R2000 a month for this **** service. can someone phone me back so that i can finish the application. TODAY!!</p>
