Price lock amount
Im on price lock and my monthlty debit order is not more than 600, i recently received sms that i will be debited R1111.58 which does not make sense since their debit never came back unpaid.Im disappointed as i cant afford this amount and not sure what is it for

We tried to contact you but we could not get hold of you.
We have gone through your account and see that you have an active Explora decoder and you are charged R399.00 and R95.00 on this decoder.
You also have two decoders on Xtraview, the charge is also R399.00 and R95.00. The other charge is the Decoder Care Contract (Insurance) for R35.00 p/m.
We wanted to get confirmation as to whether or not this is how they must be.
