Good Morning, please can you assist me with my Price Lock Subscription, it has been disconnected again after i attempted to make suitable payment arrangements, i have explained to Price Lock the reason why payment was not made, i was ill for over a year, and i have the proof thereof, and to top it all i lost my job inbetween, i was told that i would not be disconnected if a suitable payment arrangement was in place, now my Price Lock has been disconnected once again, please assist me.
