Price lock
I was paying R550 now I must pay R800 and your chat consultants lie , don’t respond and claim that is price lock . I’ve been calling for days and being told I’ll be called back . I can’t be paying R850 for repeats . I was told I’ll get a discount now your chat agent says that is the discount.

I called multiple times all your agents promised a call back and your chat agents claim that there is a technical issue . I have screenshots of your chat agents . They answer after 5 mins but when you don’t answer after a min they end the conversation. I think you’ve trained everyone to tell us they’ll call us back . I’ve been calling since October started .
