Price lock ****

I regret the day I signed up for price lock, this thing it's a ****. There are months where they debit my account with the agreed price lock plan then there are months where they inflate prices. Like this month they've debited my account with 811 instead of 592 and when you call them you don't get any assistance, their call centre is whack.
