Price lock

Im phoning Price lock of multichoice since 25 Augustus to sort out my account, i payed R1600 for a R580 bouqet. And stille are disconnected. I phoned every Day r200 airtime out..... Just to be advies that there is no direct line to price lock billing. They Will escaulate my call.....i never received any call back. And stille disconnected. Lynnette ***
