price lock

i signed up for price lock and let them debit my account last year they said i owed R2000+ i paid the amount then i called the call centre and then they said i owe R0.00 balance now i called in and spoke to another call centre agent which said i owe R3000+ how is that possible so now my service cant be re connected all of a sudden dstv i hope u loose all your customers this is not the way to lie and cheat customers i am ****ed at your service i think its bull**** how can one owe so much rather then keep your services because its pathetic you dont care about your customers not at all hey so yes to hell with us dstv is a useless service
