Price lock

<p>I filled in the price lock form a week and a half ago where i was notified someone will call me in 24hours. No one called. I phoned multichoice and was told they cant help me. I rated the service as very poor. 3people called me after the rating and ensured me someone from price lock will call me. Still no one has called</p>
