Price lock

I ordered a price lock package a month ago.. They told me it's gonna be delivered in 3 to 5 working days eventually they delivered it last week a month later.. Since then I'm struggling to get my account sorted because apparently I'm not on price lock.. I was a bit confused because they delivered the package with th wrapping ticked price lock.. I have being phoning them since than and no one came back to me every time they say that have escalated my query.. Even today I phone them about 3 times the last time was two hours ago.. I insisted to speak to a manager or supervisor the took my details the supervisor is busy on a call her will give me a call it's two hours later I'm still waiting.. The service of multi choice is **** really I just want them to come and take there package...
