Price lock

Hi please can you help me. I have changed to Dstv price lock for about 4 months now and have noticed every month they debut a different amount out of my account, I was told that price lock include extra view, when I contact Dstv help line one one can help as they say its Price lock and they can't do anything from they said, the call centre agents give me different contact numbers for price all the time. Every time I phone the number I hold on for hours. I contacted Dstv again today and now I was told there is no contact number for Price lock. I can't afford the amount that is coming out of my account this amount. I took a price lock package of R499 I pay more than that every month and this month I have to pay an amount of R945 I don't understand why. I cant cancel it either. Please help I'm going in circles.
