Price lock

Not happy with dstv customer service.. been trying to get hold of the price lock department... for days and no answer.. the caustomer servuce call centre cannot even assist. When they offer the price lock contract.. they dont hesitate to call but when you want assistance they are not available.. price lock..worst decision ever.
