Price Lock

am on Price Lock plan, paying R598. 00each month via debit order. However, 24 August 2019 an amount of R1000.23 was debited on my account. I have contacted the Call Centre and the agent confirmed that the matter will be escalated and i will receive feedback within 48 hours till today I'm still waiting for them to come back to me and 24 September 2019 they also deducted amount of R1287. 00 I call them they told me I need to reverse it and on the 24 September 2019 they deducted R1678. I did contact them again they mention that they will log a call again and it's been 3 month waiting for call. The Call Centre Agents confirmed that they escalated the matter again but Price Lock is the one "********" to our queries. I did request them to cancel but say they cannot do that.
