Price Lock
<p>Good morning</p> <p>I called your call centre on the 5th August already as I would like to apply for the price lock and to date I have not received a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>I did take this up with you call centre on the 8th, 10th, 15th and yesterday they kept on promising me that they are escalating, weill now this is me escalating because it now looks like I have to beg DSTV to call me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This company is taking full advantage of us to treat us this way as there is no competitor in South Aftrica for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can I please request that someone call me today still as I would like to apply for the price lock?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Clint</p>
