PRICE LOCK

<p>Morning,I have tried applying for the price lock that is advertised,called on Monday the 29.8.2016 was told ,takes 48 hours ,called again on 1.9.2016 for follow up -an email was sent to the relevent department as there was no contact as yet,.Lady called my husban to get all the information on the 1.9.2016 ,.he did not know our banking details out of his head and asked her to call back the same day at 19h00 ,she did not.called again, on the 2.9.2016 no follow up done as per the computer system when i called ,was told to call again on the 3.9.2016 still nothing was done-i am not sure what is going on with dstv as this is not the service we are used to ,please can some one give us some advise .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Afternoon</p> <p>My husband got a call yesturday the 5.9.2016 after complaint ,however he was told that we owe R28 and they cannot go further because of this, strange when a debit order comes of my bank .amount dictated by dstv and yet i owe R28 ,however we went to go and pay this after work .Since then no follow has been done as promised yesturday, So now i wonder what is the next step as its been 9 days since we app****.This is really frustrating,Please can we get some resolution now.</p>
