Price hikes ****s by DSTV

My parents were told to pay R510 when they went to pay their family package that costs R295 which they have been paying all year with no issues. They were told that amount include the outstanding debit balance of R141.84 from previous period + Decoder insurance for previous month R29.17 + Decoder insurance for this month R35 + Family package pro rata FOR today R9.83 + Family package full amount for R295. My parents never consented to any insurance or upgrade which was apparently done online by people who are above 60 who can’t even send a WhatsApp message. I want to know and understand how they got to this and how soon can they cancel this account. It’s clear they are starting to create ****s and take advantage of their loyal customers.
