Price changing....feel every pinch!

This review is more to warn other customers. When DSTV sends you an sms to inform you about their so called specials, please note that although it says its price locked it most definitely is not. Apparently they can cancel this special and change it back to the normal price of that package. They can also this without informing you about the change in price. When we called to query this they informed us that they are allowed to do as they please and its fine that we were not informed. DSTV i know our small R400 a month doesnt even make a dent to you'll but damn your customer service sucks beyond words. Its a wonder how you have so many customers.
