Price changes each month yet the package is the same

Last month I was told this is how (paragraph below) my account is broken down, which adds to R782, AND I PAID R809 LAST MONTH WHERE US MY CRE OF R27, SO NOW WHY WHEN I CHECK MY ACC IT SAYS R817 DUE.
Kindly note that R809 is reflecting on your account and you are billed for the following R549 compact A*** - *** new explora R99 explora A*** old contract which will end end of November R99 netflix R 35 insurance
