Pretoria agent refusing to open branch

The Pretoria Aerial & Satellite branch is the only one servicing most of the Pretoria region since the Centurion branch closed last year.

I arrived at the branch today to find it locked with a group of frustrated customers outside. There is a notice on the door saying the branch is closed due to a power failure, but the power is back on. I have photographic evidence.

I called their Call Centre and after a long discussion they point blank refused to come back and open the store or let me talk to a manager.

DSTV: With subscription based competitors, and no Customer Service from your only Pretoria based agent, why shouldn’t we all just cancel our subscriptions? Clearly we are not going to be serviced in the Pretoria region, and another Customer waiting with me told me this branch is regularly an issue. I cannot believe that in Todays economy, a business can shut its doors and refuse to open. Completely ridiculous.
