Premium package but no benefits

So I have the premium package paying R1300 each and every month where I get the same old movies, constant break in picture throughout the day, having to download each and everything despite paying so much, to make matters worse the dstv stream app is so pathetic that I can't watch anything without there being issues.

Every morning I have signal issues, break in picture and about 3 or 4 times worth of rebooting so frustrating
