Premium only?
DSTV/Supersport, you promised your customers that we would be able to see more sports channels starting in September. Terrific, and we were really looking forward to them, especially the rugby channel. But I was very surprised, and disappointed when, on the day, we tried to watch the rugby on channel 211, only to find that it is listed as a "Premium" channel. You never mentioned this in your advertising s****. Why do you treat your customers as stupid cash-***s?

The sports channel line up was restructured to correlate with the genre of the channel and content. This making it easier for sport fans to find what they are looking as each sport will have its own dedicated channel, and there will be no duplication of content.
However, channels are still packaged accordingly as per our package listing and prices. Channel 211 for Rugby content is only available on the DStv Premium package. To cater for more value, you will see DStv has added the ESPN channels which were not there before.
