Premium increase without notification

They increase the monthly premium without notifying us and without the choice to proceed with them or not. What do they offer? Every day the same programs and seems computerized OULD programs get forced down our throats. I can tell exactly what they show on weekends, even the music, exactly same order every night. Is there no regulatory body who can investigate into this? They took money for not much to provide. Seems in this country SA you have to pay for something worthless. Like Escom? And Home affairs, municipalities, all Government bodies which get paid with our tax money...No wonder most people cancel their Dstv subscription. It's not worth what we pay for. It's disgusting, to take money and do not perform for those millions of rands.
