Premium customers get it ALL!
I have been a DSTV subscriber for many years. I am on the EXTRA bouquet which is the one below Premium. Now we get an announcement that the Style Channel is no longer being broadcast. Another channel we have lost - so where is the channel to replace it - what about opening up Life T to us \mere mortals"who actually CANNOT AFFORD over R670 a month for TV. Premium gets Everything while we sit \""sucking hind tit\"". Always has been and probably always will. All the HBO series have now moved to the Extra channel which were always on M-Net. So now my Mom who has M-Net only (she's a pensioner) and we who have Extra can no longer follow these series. Just another move by DSTV to force people to upgrade to Premium because Premium are the only subscribers they care about who keep on getting More and more and we keep on getting less and less......"""
After thorough consideration, Universal Networks International (UNI) has taken the decision to withdraw Style from Africa. UNI will focus its strategic efforts on its other channel brands in Africa - E! Entertainment Television, Universal Channel, Studio Universal and Telemundo.
The availability of a channel is dependent on the carriage agreement in place. If a specific channel is not willing to have their channel added on a smaller bouquet or on its own, we are not allowed to do so.
We are, however, continuously discussing these agreements with our suppliers to ensure that we get the best deal for our customers.

After thorough consideration, Universal Networks International (UNI) has taken the decision to withdraw Style from Africa. UNI will focus its strategic efforts on its other channel brands in Africa - E! Entertainment Television, Universal Channel, Studio Universal and Telemundo.
The availability of a channel is dependent on the carriage agreement in place. If a specific channel is not willing to have their channel added on a smaller bouquet or on its own, we are not allowed to do so.
