Premium change every month

I was on compact plus, may I decided to change to compact. When I call multichoice I was told to pay R409 . I am currently disconnected because I have to pay R723 apparently there's an outstanding amount of R105 that I was never told about for normal service( for rewind, forward, pause etc), bear in mind we were never told that we pay for such service, I thought It come with explora. When they break it down R409 mo they subscription, R105 normal service, R175 outstanding amount. Zithromax Mswelu consultant explain that time yesterday, she said I must wait for finance to call me. Can this people call me and sort out this mess
