With reference to my previous Hello Peter post,regarding a price lock contract. Please can the person who contacted me to advise on the offer that multichoice offered me due to the agents error as my dstv app shows R489. I was promised it will be R321 for 24 months... that's the only debit amount allowed from my account. Please check on this urgently. Regards

Please check again. You guys promised me that for 3 months you would automatically pass a credit on my account so I am only debited R321. Again this month, the app reflects R489 for debit in 1 July 2023. Please resolve urgently. And please note as of 1 August I will be on the price lock contract for Compact for the amount of R321. I do not want to keep posting here to get this right. It's not fair that I have to stress about a mistake that Multichoice and your agents made.
