Your services is disgusting and your agents pathetic. I pay almost R700 every month and i cant seem to get good service my Catch us that i pay R100 for is not up to date, i have so many episodes missing, i made you aware of this and till date this has not been resolved, you have managed to cancel my debit order without my questing and now i am having to pay eft .I called in yesterday i had an agent by the name of Tebogo hang up on my hear after being very rude about assisting me, i needed there to be corrective billing to be done on my premium as i have cancelled showmax on Saturday and was told that i am owing show max for last month and i don't understand how that is possible when i paid the amount that you sent to me via SMS

your service is really appauling and i do no not understand how you manage to treat people this way and inconvenience them - its disgusting,
