Possible ***** dstv
It seems like only reviews i ever have is a problem and or possible *****. This review is on behalf of my daughter chyanne brinklow . That has been trying to resolve this matter but due to her being at work until 10pm she simply can not t be on the phone with a callcentre that cant resolve the matter. Debit orders ckearly reflect on her bank statement with NO reversals yet she is told payment was reversed. So who is committing ***** ???? Dstv ? Capitec? Sending emails are hopeless as clearly rhe mails dont get tended to . She runs out of airtime on her personal number. Do you rhink dstv phones back ??? Not a chance

03 Nov 2022, 15:15I have to thank Vhugala (dstv helpTeam) that contacted my daughter 03/11/2022 and stayed on the line until the issue was resolved. going an extra mile by informing me via email that it was resolved, which i knew as my daughter sat next to me during the call. dstv could definitely do with more employees like Vhugala
