Positive Dstv interaction

I kniw people have lots of complaints about them but I just had a very positive experience on their help line. I have a second decoder in ny bedroom & was not getting anything on the tv so called dstv & a very helpful & patient man helped me sort it out. He explained in an understanding manner & in no time it got handled & now if the problem happens again I know how to fix it. I was very grateful & impressed with his service.
