DSTV I want to say Thank you to PORTIA RALETJANE for being the only one that was able to resolve the matter after I have been fighting with dstv for 3 days over incorrect billing issues. Your other consultants said they would call back and then they don't , they then closed my query as resolved. Portia kept on calling me until the matter was sorted out . Please train the rest of your staff . or let Portia train them .
