Portia at DSTV: Excellent Service Received

Yesterday at round about 15:39 I called DSTV because my parents s decoder back in Limpopo was giving them problems. At twee end of the line is Portia, my Service Heroin!! Portia was just professional, excellent and phenomenal! As I was in the middle of trying to explain the problem, Portia was like can I please have your parents s number so I can call them and help them! She made my day, she went beyond what I expected!! After some few minutes I get a call from my super excited parents who are now able to watch their TV and get updates on the News, thanks to Portia (I wish I had taken her surname too). Portia continue to put a smile on thr DSTV clients, we need patient, helpful and professional service Heros/Heroins like Yourself. You are outstanding and keep on shining like a star that you are.!!!
