Porr/bad service

Poor/Bad service from this company I reported my decoder two months ago and their service us useless and I have been paying all this month. Last week they told me to take my DSTV for testing and they said there is nothing wrong with my decoder no they telling me they can't cancel my decoder but I gave been paying they can't refund me cos they can't help me so which means they are ******** they running spa and shop business. They can't provide service to their customers but still *****ing our money of which it is not fair. They going to loose lots of customers because of their poor service deoivery.
