POPPIA non-compliance

I keep getting phone calls from cold callers saying they are from On Air calling on behalf of Multichoice. This is a violation of the POPPIA Act. No matter how many times I tell them to stop calling me - I'm not interested - they just refuse to stop. I've started recording the phone calls and will be taking legal action. I can't believe in this day and age these companies still follow cold calling tactics that are so clearly in violation of our laws.
