Popi act not applicable at DSTV

My name is René. I entered into a price lock agreement with Khumbudzo Ref nr: ***4 at DSTV. At 1st I didn't want to give her my banking details. She insisted as this is the ONLY way to do this package. I then gave it to her. Tonight I received the debit order sms from "CODECAN" for R105.00. I immediately phoned ABSA as this is a *****ulent transaction. This is the 1st time ever that ***** happens after I know I had to give DSTV my account details. Be aware that the popi act with DSTV is non existed. Someone out there got my banking details and they could ONLY get it from DSTV!!! To do this on my account given to Khumbudzo.
