Poorest service i have ever received in my life.
Dstv resumed my service on the 15.01.2021, no cumminication, no apology. After my service was suspended for no valid reason, Today the 20.01.2021 they have suspended my services again. I am demanding a credit note for all the inconvenience caused and credit note for all reactivation charges charged on my account, I am demanding feeback about the first agent that handled my query.
Dstv does not value its clients, no response, no repect.

I want a proper written correspondence sent to my email ASAP ***
