POOREST SERVICE EVER

I was offered an explora 3D by On Air an outsourcing company working hand in hand with Dstv (Multichoice). On my payment date I chose to decrease my multichoice subscription as it would have been too steep with the explora package, too my surprise my bill for Jan. Is even higher than what I would have paid if I did not downgrade. And nobody is able to explain my bill to me. I am sent pillar to post by agents, some promise to call back and never do & others choose to drop the calls in my ear. POOR SERVICE INDEED DSTV (Multichoice)
